These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arunachal Events mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By downloading, accessing, or using the Arunachal Events app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

2. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use the app.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and ticket purchase.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Ticket Purchase and Payments

• Ticket prices are displayed in INR (₹) and may include taxes and service fees.
• Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
• All sales are final unless stated otherwise. Refunds are subject to the event organizer’s policy.
• Arunachal Events is not responsible for any disputes between users and event organizers.

4. Event Cancellations or Changes

• If an event is canceled, rescheduled, or changed, we will inform you via email or notification, if such information is made available to us by the event organizer.
• Any refund or compensation due to event cancellation is solely at the discretion of the event organizer.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the app or associated servers.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the app belong to Arunachal Events or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Arunachal Events shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or use the app unlawfully.

9. Changes to the Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Arunachal Pradesh.
