Refund Policy

At Arunachal Events, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for our users. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for event tickets purchased through our app.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:
- Event-Specific Refunds:
Refunds are available only for selected events that explicitly allow them. Each event’s refund eligibility will be stated during the ticket booking process. - Duplicate Payment:
If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same event, we will process a refund for the extra payment(s) and cancel the duplicate ticket(s).
2. Cancellation & Refund Window
- Users must request a refund at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the event.
3. Refund Method and Timeframe
- All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., bank account, UPI).
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We will not issue refunds in the following cases:
- Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the event.
- Failure to attend the event.
- Events that explicitly state “No Refunds” in their terms.
5. Deductions
Please note: Payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the refund is due to a technical or duplicate payment error.

7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted within the app or on our website, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly.
